Accelerating Adoption Through Venture
Navigation Studio
Navigation Studio involves analyzing critical factors for success in each portfolio company and then working alongside founding teams to fine-tune every aspect of the business.
Similar to the design of any fine watch, new companies today must efficiently assemble individual pieces of the company, which represent a system of movements with purposely aligned resources to invoke control, balance, and durability, resulting in mass product adoption.
Our Operational Framework
SMART
The foundation of any great business rests on the pillars which give it an advantage against competition. Our strategy involves working with each company to analyze the pillars within the firm, such as strengthening and promoting the company’s advantages. As an example, we’ll review the company’s competitive advantages relative to the market and industry to include items like managerial leadership, market fit, partnerships, and distribution channels
Cross Cultural Innovation
The innovation process starts with design thinking and ends with predictive analysis. In the middle of the process, a team of cross-cultural SMEs is integrated to help founders analyze their product hypotheses. Cross-cultural ideation is unique to the Studio process as it is designed to identify early product adoption scalability across different cultures and socioeconomic statuses. Integration of attributes like domestic and foreign partnerships, import and export controls, supply chain and logistics, foreign sales, outsourcing, and offshoring are a few examples.
Co-Investment
Our investment strategy involves partnering with other professional venture capital and private equity firms to help diversify and de-risk investments while at the same time enabling portfolio companies with a targeted network of CEOs, CMOs, and investors who have ALL achieved success during their journey and can serve as an invaluable resource to founders. Upon graduation from the Studio, the general investment partners work to employ a team composed of buy-side / sell-side partners to shape and package portfolio companies for new series funding or mergers or acquisitions.
